Continuous Emission (CW)

Allows high energy doses to be administered and generates a greater thermal effect for the same power.

Adjustable Pulsed Emission

Delivery takes place at regular, adjustable time intervals, reducing the thermal effect and increasing electrical stimulation.

Dimmer Emission

Allows the characteristics of continuous and pulsed mode to be combined in a single emission mode, modulating the thermal and electric effect.

Master the energy with the Biotransfer trace system of Doctor Tecar Plus

Doctor Tecar Plus is equipped with an innovative system that measures the amount of energy transferred to the tissues in the treated anatomical area in relation to time and power supplied. This amount of energy is shown to the therapist on the display and communicated with an acoustic signal. The Biotransfer trace system makes it possible to assess active hyperemia and the resulting increase in electrolyte flow, as it shows the change in electrical impedance during treatment compared to the initial value at rest. This variation lasts until after the end of treatment, guaranteeing correct and continuous oxygenation of all treated tissue components. Furthermore, with the Biotransfer trace system it is possible to measure the variation of biotransfer during treatment.

Automatic AVx mode: simultaneousity and sequentiality
at the service of therapists and patients

This mode allows the therapist to be independent of the device. In addition, thanks to the special cable and three electrodes, even the most complexly shaped areas of the body can be treated. To ensure the safety of each patient, the safety button allows the therapy to be interrupted at any time.

Free-Hands mode

While Doctor Tecar Plus releases energy, the therapist can perform treatments on the patient with his or her hands, expanding the therapeutic possibilities.

Increases efficiency

Thanks to the automatic AVx mode, the therapist can manage several patients at the same time, greatly optimising time.

Active and passive exercises

Thanks to the automatic AVx mode, patients can do passive, active or active exercises against resistance. Exercise times can be synchronised with electrode change and frequency swing times.

Energy is delivered sequentially by the electrode pads, in the order decided by the therapist. The energy delivery time can be set for each electrode and the mode can be synchronised with the frequency swing. This ensures maximum flexibility and the execution of otherwise impracticable treatments.

Thanks to the 10.1" touchscreen display, the MecOS 5.0 system guides the operator in the management of therapy in a simple and intuitive way, guaranteeing excellent results from the very first use.

Doctor Tecar Plus also includes the innovative SSDTS (Soft Start Doctor Tecar System), which gradually releases energy only after contact has been made.
The SSDTS system makes therapy extremely effective, safe and controlled, avoiding the risk of annoying shocks.

Automatic therapy management with AVx mode

In the automatic AVx mode, the treatment guide shows in detail how to perform treatment in automatic mode, displaying the electrode design in order to optimise therapy performance.

Specific protocols for each therapeutic effect

Doctor Tecar Plus sets the right therapy for each therapeutic effect. On the treatment screen, in fact, the operator can choose the anatomical section to be treated and the effect he or she wants to obtain on it from between: biostimulating, anti-inflammatory, anti-edema, analgesic and decontracting.

A Library for all the most common pathologies

Doctor Tecar Plus has an interactive menu with a Library of over 90 therapy protocols for treating the most common problems, specially designed and divided according to the anatomical area to be treated. These protocols are also available for the automatic AVx mode, as each pathology can be treated in both manual and automatic modes.

The software also offers the security of immediate visual control, as the side panel that appears during therapy shows power, frequency, emission mode, therapy time, plate position and treatment area and, in automatic AVx mode, also the position of the electrodes.

Custom Protocols

Thanks to its simple and intuitive graphic interface, Doctor Tecar Plus allows you to create and save customised protocols complete with all therapy parameters, with up to 5 different phases. It is possible to set power, frequency, emission mode, therapy time and type of applicators, and to monitor and modify these values in each phase as required. This guarantees reliability and precision from the very first use.

Time Mode

Allows the therapist to set a specific time period for therapy.

When the set value is reached, therapy stops automatically.

Joule and Joule/cm² modes

Joule mode allows the therapist to set the specific amount of energy required for treatment. When the set value is reached, therapy stops automatically.

With the Joule/cm² mode, the dosage (10 J/cm2) can be entered first and then the anatomical area to be treated is selected.

Trigger point mode

Specially designed to treat trigger points, in combination with massage it stimulates the rapid vascularisation of connective tissue and ischaemic tissue.
